Abstract

He Youth Wing of the Golkar Party (AMPG) in Bandar Lampung plays a strategic role in youth development and social contribution. This article discusses the history, programs, and contributions of AMPG in raising political and social awareness among young people. Through various activities such as social service initiatives, support for MSMEs, and political education, AMPG seeks to enhance youth leadership and community engagement. Challenges such as low member participation and ineffective communication are also addressed, along with strategies to overcome them. With a structured and collaborative approach, AMPG has the potential to become a driving force for youth and community development in Bandar Lampung.
