Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out if there is E. coli and coliform microbiological contamination, the physics and chemical quality of refill drinking water at Kampung Baru Kecamatan Kedaton Kota Bandar Lampung. The research was conducted at THP Laboratory of Polinela Lampung and Product analysis laboratory of THP Universitas Lampung. The method used for this research is descriptive analysis. There are 8 depots analyzed for this research. Data was obtained by using questionnaire sheets and laboratory checks consisting of Coliform and E.coli existence , TDS, temperature, and pH. The result found that 7 depots with a coliform velue 0/100 ml sample and 1 depot with a coliform velue 3.0/100 ml sample. The TDS physical parameter has a range of 82-157 mg/L, while the temperature physical parameter has a range ± 3ºC. The pH chemical parameter for 7 depots ranges from 6.6-7.3 and 1 depot with pH velue 6.1.
