Abstract
Abstract The sea is a very important natural resource for Indonesia, especially Lampung Province which has a lot of abundant marine resource potential. The role of the Lampung Provincial Government is very necessary in optimizing the utilization of marine products which will be used as much as possible for the prosperity of the people through the supervision of the Central Government. Revenue Sharing Funds for the regions are important in supporting the implementation of meeting the needs of the community, especially in the marine resources sector. Through the distribution of funds from the center, the region gets 80 percent. This nominal can certainly be the meaning of equitable welfare. This study shows that an abundant marine resources in Lampung Province have not been optimally utilized by the Region. Less than 50 percent of new marine wealth can be managed properly. Even though this can improve the welfare of the people of Lampung. The large contribution of Lampung Province to the Central Traffic Agency is also not in the line with the increasing regional economy. This is seen in contrast to the results with insignificant perenocomial increases. Keywords: Sea, Local Goverment, Reveneu Sharing Funds.
