Abstract

Agroforestry is land management applied by farmers in Indonesia, and is expected to increase overall land productivity. The aims this research is the identify the cropping patterns and determine the amount of income based on financial analysis.The research conducted in Dadapan Village, Sumberejo Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency in January-February 2018. The data was collected by purposive sampling technique. Agroforestry characteristics were obtained using literature study method, identification of agroforestry cropping patterns using financial analysis with NPV, BCR and IRR methods with a business feasibility of 10 years and an interest rate of 7%. The results showed that agroforestry characteristics in the village of Dadapan were complex, agroforestry, there were 3 cropping patterns of agroforestry applied by farmers, namely the pattern I combination of coffee, pepper, banana, pattern II combination of coffee, banana, melia azedarach and pattern III combination of coffee, pepper banana. The results of the analysis showed that these three patterns could be said as financially feasible. Among the three cropping patterns, pattern III has the highest profit with NPV value of Rp 61,418,868.85, - BCR value of 3.23, IRR of 60%, and BEP of Rp 41,070,808. It is necessary to provide assistance to the community about the selection of economic value of crops grown on agroforestry, so that the selection of plants is not only based on the highest market price but also the function of the area.
