Abstract
Teaching to Young Learners Education (PG PAUD) Curriculum consists of a number of courses that contain academic and pedagogic studies. However, thechairman of the study program and the lecturers has high authority in developing this, so it was never known how the extent of integration of the concurrent principle that occurs in the implementation. This study aimed to describe the concurrent model of curriculum development of Teaching to Young Learners Education curriculum structure and analyze the performance of the chairman of study program as well as lecturers in implementing the curriculum. This study involved one chairman of study program, 31 professors, and 110 students. This study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques of observation, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed by using percentage. The results showed that the overall structure of the Teaching to Young Learners Education Curriculum is in conformity with the principles of concurrent models of curriculum, but in the implementation stage turns this curriculum model applies only to courses that are practical course and other courses oriented toward mastery of academic content or pedagogical content is fragmentary.
