Abstract

Reason for writing Case Fatality Rate of Covid-19 was about 3,3%. The health protocol that has been performed was not enough to suppress Covid-19 and death cases. The additional program for suppressing a severe of Covid-19 and death cases was vaccination. It is important for a health personnel because they are the highest risk group. The examination of the total SARSCoV-2 S-RBD antibodies level is important to evaluate a vaccine's ability to form antibodies. Problem The problems of this study were what percentage of the vaccine effectiveness to form the SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD antibodies, is there a mean difference of the total antibodies level before and after vaccination, and how many of Covid-19 cases after vaccination? The aims of this study were to analyze the effectiveness of the CoronaVac vaccine for total antibodies formation of SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD after vaccination and to monitor the incidence of PCR-confirmed Covid-19 after administering the full dose of CoronaVac Methodology It was a Cohort study. The 45 health personnel were enrolled for this study. Each subject was examined for the total SARSCoV-2 S-RBD antibodies level before vaccination and after 2 weeks post second dose vaccination. We monitored the incidence of the PCR-confirmed Covid-19 after complete vaccination. We used a Related Samples Wilcoxon Ranked Signed to analyze the mean difference of total antibodies level before and after vaccination. Also, we calculated the percentage of seroconversion after vaccination. Result The results of this study were the effectiveness for the formation of total SARSCoV-2 S-RBD antibodies formation was 100%, there was a significant mean difference before and after CoronaVac vaccination, and the percentage of the incidence of the PCR-confirmed Covid-19 after complete vaccination dose was 4.4%.
