Abstract
Conflicts of interest between communities and stakeholders in the management of national parks negatively affect the existence of national parks. The purpose of this study was to identify activities carried out on the conservation partnership program in Way Kambas National Park (TNWK). Data were collected using observation methods is involved and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that activities carried out on the conservation partnership program at TNWK included restoration programs. The program is an effort to restore the ecosystem whose activities are in the form of planting rhino feed and planting bee feed with the type of bridal tear plant (Antigonon leptopus) in the rehabilitation zone of the national park. This activity is carried out by the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) which already has a conservation partnership agreement with the national park. In addition to providing benefits to the government through the restoration of ecosystems, these activities also provide benefits to the community in the form of increasing economic income. The existence of conservation partnerships through various programs and activities carried out is a positive thing, so the management must be carried out continuously to overcome existing conflicts of interest.
