Abstract

The study aims to determine the legal political perspektif of tourism development in Lampung Province according to law number 10 0f 2009 concerning tourism.This studu used to normative research method with a statutory and conceptual approach to legislation.The result of this research are: tourism development in Lampung Province is realized through the development of tourism based on local wisdom, environmentaly friendly, while still prioritizing the goals and principles manadated by Law number 10 to 2009 concerning tourism. key words : law politics, tourism, Lampung Province
