Abstract
The purpose of this research to determine the significant and positive relationship between the competence of a special companion teacher with the learning outcomes, learning infrastructure facilities with learning outcomes, as well as the competence of special mentoring teachers and learning infrastructure facilities towards the learning outcomes. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The population was 51 teachers and the research sample was 31 teachers. Data analysis used is product moment and multiple correlation correlations. Based on the analysis of research data it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the competence of special companion teachers with the learning outcomes, there is a significant and positive relationship between learning infrastructure and learning outcomes, and a significant relationship between the competencies of special mentoring teachers and learning infrastructure facilities together with the learning outcomes.
