Abstract

Peraturan perundang-undangan adalah produk politik. Undang-undang dan Perda dibuat oleh legislatif yang sebagian besar isinya adalah politisi dari partai-partai politik. Meski kita semua tahu, mayoritas sarjana hukum masih mengamini ajaran Positivisme Hukum bahwa hukum itu netral dan obyektif. Seolah hukum seperti cangkang kosong tanpa kepentingan.
