Abstract
Training in formulating village leading programs not widely applied in village government. One example of a village that has not received a workshop in the process of formulating a superior program is villages in Buay Bahuga Subdistrict, Waykanan District, Lampung Province. Regional Government officials do not understand how to formulate a village leading program that fits the village situation into one problem that is the starting point for the implementation of this activity. The purpose of this activity is to improve the capacity of village officials in formulating village leading programs. This activity was carried out through training in formulating village leading programs with material covering conceptual and technical aspects of capacity building and village innovation programs. The results of this activity had an impact of an increase of 36.5% on aspects of knowledge and technical capabilities. While the lowest increase was 0% and the highest increase was 65%. Some along with basic values are quite high due to previous training or workshop experience. Some participants with low scores were previously not involved in the formulation of village leading programs.
