Abstract

Character education for students can be familiarized through the utilizations of various learning resources in teaching. in its implementation, some problems of learning resource management are: (1) teachers do not understand the importance of learning resources in teaching; (2) teachers media literacy is limited; (3) teachers do not have sufficient time to prepare learning resources; and (4) teacher have minimum practical experience in managing learning resources. This research is intended to develop the hypothetical model of character-based learning resource management for teachers. This research will be started by describing learning resource management that has been conducted so far. Then, literature review of learning resource management from the perspectives of instructional technology and instructional management will be carried out. Finnaly, the hypothetical model of character-based learning resource management will be developed.
