Abstract

This article explores the strategic role of the Taruna Merah Putih (TMP) organization in shaping the character of youth in Bandar Lampung through various youth programs, political education, and social empowerment initiatives. The study reveals that TMP not only focuses on strengthening national ideology and Pancasila values but also serves as a youth development laboratory that encourages young people to act as agents of social change. Programs such as tree planting, entrepreneurship training, and discussions on contemporary issues have successfully enhanced political awareness, social responsibility, and leadership among the younger generation. Through educational and participatory approaches, TMP has proven effective in reinforcing youth identity as a pillar of national development.
