Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the procurement of raw materials for crackers, the agroindustry's performance, and the crackers' marketing mix. The research was conducted at Kerupuk Firdaus Pratama Agroindustry (KFP), Kali Bening Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The data was collected from October - November 2020. The analysis method for procuring raw materials used six precise methods. Production performance uses analysis of productivity, profit, production costs, and cost of goods sold. Analysis of the marketing mix using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that procuring raw materials for crackers in the KFT Agroindustry followed six steps. The performance of the KFP Agroindustry is classified as "good" based on production productivity, labor productivity, production costs, and cost of goods sold. The marketing mix of KFP Agroindustry is quite good in terms of four aspects: product, price, place, and promotion. Keywords: agroindustry, marketing mix, institutional, crackers, performance
