Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the retirement transition period, namely: continuers, adventurers, easy-gliders, retreaters on employee job satisfaction. The sample of this research was 140 and processed using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The type of retirement adventurers (adventurers) has the greatest influence on job satisfaction. The insignificant effect occurred in the type of retired searchers and retreaters
