Ti 6AL-4V ELI is applied in industries equipments mainly in biomedic implant. Ti 6AL-4V ELI has well stiffness ratio over weight, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. Due to low thermal conductivity, it is necessary to choose the appropriate machining parameters to produce a good surface roughness value. Point of this study was to analyze the value of surface roughness, to determine the effect of parameter and configure mathematic model for surface roughness value. This study used full factorial method with 4 factors, 2 levels and 16 times attempt. Analysis shows the lowest surface roughness value is 0.26 μm and the highest surface roughness value is 0.90 μm. Based on the results of the analysis using Analyze Factorial Design, it’s found that a significant parameter is the tool diameter of 0,000. Mathematic model for surface roughness value was Ra = 0.723 – 0.3050 D + 0.000014 n – 0.18.1 f + 0.001650 t.
