Abstract
The research studies about the implication of judge's sentence that wins an accusing person in civil service's legal dispute. This research uses normative empirical jurisdiction approach. The result of research indicates that the lawa implication on behalf of PTUN judge's sentence which wins an accusing person, decision that is given by an accusing person is not legal based on lawsuit, so the accusing person must withdraw his sentence and produce new sentence. keyword: implication, judge's sentence, civil service's legal dispute
