Abstract
This research was aimed to develop method animation based on molecular simulation by chromatography method. This research used research and development method (R&D). The result of the reseach was animation by chromatography method that displaying molecule visualization of mixture separation by chromatography method. Based on the preliminary field test result, the response of teachers and validator to the content suitability was respectively percentage of 91,11%, and as much as 90,83% was categorized as very hight. The response of teachers, validator, students, in attractiveness and easyness aspects was respectively percentage of 90,19%, 90,56%, and 89,72% with very high category.
