Abstract

The problem of Muslims in applying the Qur'an as a guide to life (operationalization/grounding) is that the meaning of the concepts in the text does not meet the concepts in the reality of life or science as a generalization of reality (non-complementary paradigm. This brings Muslims in an abnormal condition, where the apostolic vision is as Rohmatan lil Alamin which means prosperity or a condition of fulfilling human physical and spiritual needs as well as environmental sustainability, based on security or peace, and based on justice, but in reality, Muslims themselves live in violence and poverty. This service aims to construct and socialize norms of success from an Islamic perspective at the Riau Technology Islamic Boarding School, one of the Islamic educational institutions that prepares prospective Muslim intellectuals for the future.
