Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf extract (Moringa Oleifera) as an immunomodulator on AI and ND antibody titers in laying hens, and it was carried out on January 26 -March 2023 at CV Margaraya Farm. Antibody titer analysis was carried out at the Virology Laboratory of the Lampung Veterinary Institute. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and six replications, namely drinking water without Moringa Oleifera (P0), 0.5% dose (0.5 ml extract + 99.5 ml water) (P1), 1% dose. (1 ml extract + 99 ml water) (P2), 1.5% dosage (1.5 ml extract + 98.5 ml water) (P3). Based on the data obtained which were presented in the form of tabulations and histograms and analyzed descriptively, this study showed that administration of Moringa Oleifera could help maintain antibody titers in laying hens. Based on the results that have been obtained from research that has been carried out that giving moringa oleifera at a dose of 0.5% (0.5 ml extract + 99.5 ml water) shows the highest value with a result of 56.00 ± 23.60 which is presented in tabular form and histograms.Keywords: Antibody titer profile, Drinking water, Laying hens, Moringa leaf extract
