Abstract
The Pregnancy High Risk Class (Restikol) is a means of learning about health, especially related to pregnancy, in a face-to-face and group setting with the aim of improving the knowledge and skills of pregnant women. KIH has been running in Lampung Province, especially in South Lampung District. There are 27 health centres and a total of 297 groups. The number of health workers directly involved in the implementation of pregnancy classes totalled 1513 health workers, with the largest number of health workers being 652 midwives (43.09%). With limited face-to-face activities, other means are needed to support KIH. By utilising smartphone-based applications, KIH activities can be continued. This application was created using the SCRUM method and the flutter framework.
