One way to make Spathiphyllum plants bloom at the same time is to use growth regulators namely paclobutrazol. This study aims to determine the effect of of paclobutrazol on growth and flowering of the second period of Spathiphyllum and determine the best concentration of paclobutrazol in influencing the growth and flowering of the second period of Spathiphyllum. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with a single treatment of 6 levels of paclobutrazol concentration that is 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, 400 ppm, and 500 ppm with 3 replications. Homogeneity of variance was tested with the Barlett test and additivity was tested with the Tukey test. The results showed that administration of paclobutrazol in the vegetative phase was effective in suppressing the growth rate of plant height, leaf buds emergence, number of leaves, number of tillers, and width of crowns. The generative phase, paclobutrazol was able to increase the number of flowers, but the blooming period tended to be the same. The best concentration of paclobutrazol for Spathiphyllum plants has not been found in the range of 0-500 ppm because the pattern is still linear. However, based on the results of the questionnaire on the Spathiphyllum plants which showed the best appearance was seen in the administration of 400 ppm paclobutrazol.
