Abstract
The research aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to a decrease in the amount of production and an increase in the price of raw materials in two silk tofu agroindustries with the use of different combustion methods, namely firewood stoves and boilers in Gunung Sulah Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Both tofu agroindustries were forecasting for 15 years, starting from 2022. The basic research method applied was a case study. The analysis used five investment criteria, namely NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, and PP. The results showed that both agroindustries were financially feasible with positive NPV values of Rp. 15,875,787,640 and Rp. 90,694,762,429, respectively. Net B/C of the two agroindustries> 1, namely 1.93 and 3.65., the IRR value of the two agroindustries is greater than the commercial bank interest rate in 2022 of 21%, and 35%, the Gross B/C value of the two agroindustries> 1, namely 1.16 and 1.21., and the PP value is lower than the business life of 10 years 3 months, and 8 years 9 months. The results of the sensitivity analysis of a 5% decrease in production, and a 26% increase in raw material prices caused a decrease in NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, and IRR but remained at an acceptable level which meant that the business was still feasible to develop.
