Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit and added value of fish cracker agro-industry and marketing mix. The research was conducted in three fish cracker agro-industries in Kota Agung District, Tanggamus Regency. The research was conducted from April to May 2022. The profits of the cracker agro-industry were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and added value was analyzed using the Hayami method and the marketing mix was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that fish cracker agro-industry is profitable and provides positive added value. The marketing mix for the fish cracker agro-industry in Kota Agung District still uses personal selling. Keywords: agroindustry, performance, fish crackers
