Abstract

Itiswidelyrecognizedintheliteraturethatinclusiveeducationallowsschoolchildrenwithspecialneedstolearninthesamesettingasotherstudents,promotingacultureofrespectforindividualdifferencesandensuringeachchildhastheresourcestheyneed.However,tothebestofourknowledge,theliteraturehasnotfrequentlydiscussedinclusiveschoolmanagement,particularlyqualitymanagement,intheIndonesiansetting.Therefore,thisresearchaimedtoinvestigateinclusiveschoolqualitymanagementinIndonesia.Thisstudyisquantitativeinnatureusingaquestionnairefordatacollectionamong(45)participants,includingsixprincipals,34regularteachers,andfivespecialguidanceteacherscomingfrominclusiveelementaryschoolsinMetroCity,LampungProvinceontheIndonesianislandofSumatra.Thecollecteddatawereanalyzedusingdescriptivestatistics.Itisclearfromthefindingsthattheinclusiveschoolqualitymanagementinthecontextunderstudyisofgoodcategory,butasizableportionoftheparticipantsalsoindicatedthattheschoolmanagementisstilldeficient,fallingintobothsufficientandpoorcategory.Therefore,morestakeholders,suchasthecommunity,government,andprivateparties,shouldcollaboratetoimprovethemanagement.Followingthefindings,implicationsandsuggestionsforfutureresearcharealsodiscussed
