Cattleya sp. orchid. Is an epiphytic orchid nicknamed the queen of orchids because of the beauty of the flowers and the beauty of the flowers Plant resistance tests on salt salts can be done using in vitro selection. One efficient and effective alternative way to overcome the strain on plants is to use varieties that are tolerant to salt salt. This study aimed to determine the range of NaCl concentrations tolerated by Cattleya orchid planlets in vitro and determine the level of resistance of Cattleya orchid planlets to salt salt salt (NaCl) in vitro. This study used the Complete Random Design method with 5 levels of NaCl concentration, namely 0%, 0.25%, 0.50%,0.75%, and 1%. Quantitaf data analysis on each parameter is analyzed using levene test and oneway ANOVA and further tested using BNJ test at real level of 5%. The results showed that the concentration of NaCl tolerated by cattleya orchid planlets was a concentration of 0.25% and 0.50% which was categorized as a medium salt checker, while the concentrations of 0.75% and 1% were categorized as heavy salt checkers. Cattleya orchid planlet resistance level to salt salt salt (NaCl) in vitro at all concentrations is moderate resistance.
