Abstract

Abstract: The Analisis of Biology Laboratory Work Implementatio of Sekolah Mengah Atas (SMA) Swasta in Kotamadya Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. This study aims to describe the implementation stage biology of practicum activities in the Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Swasta in kotamadya Bandar Lampung. The research design uses an exploratory research design. The study population was all biology educators who carried out practical activities in the laboratory. Samples are 10 biology educators and 302 students who carry out laboratory activities in the Science/Biology laboratory. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. There are three stage laboratory, namely 1) the preparation stage, 2) the work stage, and 3) the follow-up stage. Implementation data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations, which are then analyzed in the form of percentages. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the preparation stage of the practical activities was carried out well to very good. The working stage of practicum activities is carried out well to very good. The follow-up stage of practicum activities was carried out quite well to very good.
