Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of instagram as the social media, peer group, economic literacy, and lifestyle partially and simultaneously on the consumptive behavior of twelfth grade social students in SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study is 144 students. The sample obtained was 106 students and the sampling technique was probability sampling with simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing is done by using T test partially and F test Simultanously. The result of the analysis shows that there is an influence of social media instagram, peer group, economic literacy, and life style simultaneously on the consumptive behavior of the students with 30.7%.
