Abstract

The use of electronic as marketing medium has already become a trend for commercial business to promote and market their goods more quickly and widely, a strategy that Ayips does. In the early days of business, Ayips has done online marketing by using electronic media like Instagram, Whatsapp, Gofood, and Grabfood with a goal of introducing the business to consumers more broadly and rapidly by performing electronic services or eservices that fit the consumer’s expectation and satisfaction. The research aimed to analyze e-services performance and consumer satisfaction on e-services on the online marketing of Ayips through marketplace. The sample used in this study amounted to 75 consumers who bought Ayips once through online service. The data were analysed by using importance performance analysis. This study indicated that Ayips' willingness to answer questions and assist customers when they were in trouble for online bookings needs to be increased, so it is recommended that the whatsapp could be used as a personal consumer service to improve the response of complaints and consumer questions.
