Abstract

Along with advances in information and communication technology, the Government has begun to develop a policy innovation that utilizes technology called smart village. This study aims to determine 1) the implementation of the smart village activity program, 2). synergy in the implementation of the smart village program, and 3) the inhibiting factors in the impleme ntation of the smart village program synergy in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study amounted to 9 informants and the data collection techniques that researchers used in this study were observatio n, interviews and documentation The results of the study found that: 1) regarding the implementation of the smart village activity program based on Herdiana's theory (2019) it can be said to be good becaus e the Hanura Village Government has made an activity program that includes smart government (smart government), participating communities (smart community), utilizing environment (smart environment). 2) regarding the synergy of implementing the smart villa ge program based on Doctoroff's theory (Dewi, 2020) it can be said that it is quite good because both the Hanura Village Government, the community and stakeholders have made a relationship of communication, feedback, trust and creativity in the planning pr ocess from the beginning to the end. implementation of the smart village program. 3) regarding the inhibiting factors found in the synergy of the smart village program in Hanura Village, namely 1. A group of people who still maintain a point of view that d oes not want to advance and 2. The situation is still a covid - 19 pandemic.
