Abstract
Land is a fundamental human need, this is because almost all human activities on this earth either directly can’t be separated from the land. In addition, land also has economic, political, social and cultural functions in human life and forest land’s no exception. In Lampung Province, many people need land for individuals, legal entities and local governments in carrying out development so that currently there are many land conflicts that arise in several districts in Lampung Province, including transmigration land conflicts. One of the transmigration land disputes that occurred in Lampung Province was a land dispute that occurred in Pekon Sukapura precisely in West Lampung District because any new regulations regarding land ownership by the new order government throught the Tata Guna Hutan Kesepakatan (TGHK) policy. This study will analyze dispute resolution efforts with general dispute resolution methods which are divided into two methods is litigation and non-litigation then find out the obstacles to dispute resolution to be a guide in further dispute resolution efforts.
