Abstract

ABSTRACT At present, almost all companies in the world are trying to build a different and sustainable value by increasing assets that cannot be measured by money, such as human resources, technology and organizations. Because of this, the ability of Indonesian resources needs to be improved continuously. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of psychological contracts and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung. This study uses a sample of 277 respondents. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple regression with the SPSS program. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, that is Psychological Contracts, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung. Suggestions for PT. Sari Segar Husada, South Lampung, is an improvement on the psychological contract part of the organization or company by increasing incentives or benefits according to employee workload. Companies can seek to increase organizational commitment to every employee by encouraging and motivating employees, as well as fostering a sense of solidarity within the company so that it can spur employees to keep competent employees in the company.
