Abstract

Abstract: This research attempts to expand on and explore the formation model of Entrepreneurial Orientation & Intention by testing the effect of The Quality of Incubator Program that is mediated by Perceived Entrepreneurial Self-Control. The model expanded here is a synthesis of Entrepreneurship Theory, The Theory of Planned Behavior and Human Capital Theory. The research model was empirically tested on university business students in Indonesia with a sample of 200 respondents and then analyzed using Structured Equation Modeling. Business incubation programs in the form of quality services such as Infrastructure Provider, Business Services, Financing Provider and People Connectivity, can produce business students that possess a variety of business skills that generate confidence and a positive selfperception in conducting business. Later this confidence and positive self-perception can generate students that are entrepreneurial oriented—innovative, proactive, risk-taking, to the extent that they will be capable of increasing the intention in conducting business
