Abstract
Management is an art and science related to management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. For this reason, management is an inevitable need as a tool that facilitates the achievement of human goals in organizations. Islam has explained the management process and its principles, and this research uses a qualitative literature review. The results obtained are that Islam has facilitated management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing, supervising as stated in the sources of Islamic teachings Al-Qur'an, Hadith, Ijtihad.
