Abstract
This study aims to analyze (1) procurement system of raw material according (2) production performance, (3) marketing performance and (4) advantages of Klanting agroindustry at pandemic. This research used a survey method which was collected from September to October 2020 in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency which was chosen deliberately because the village is a center for klanting production. The data analysis method used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. The study suggests that the procurement of raw materials before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic has not followed all six components exactly. The production performance of klanting has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic which can be seen from productivity with a decrease of 11.45% in big Agroindustry, 4.23% Medium Agroindustry, 9.09% Small Agroindustry. The agroindustry marketing performance has implemented the marketing mix component, except the promotion component that has not been implemented optimally, and the Covid-19 pandemic doesn't affect the marketing performance of the three agroindustries. The profit of agroindustry was good, but during the Pandemic, the R/C Ratio in small agroindustry decreased by 0.06%, medium agroindustry was 0.03%, and big agroindustry was 0.06% Keywords: agro-industry, marketing mix, production performance, klanting.
