P. lilacinum (Syn. P. lilacinus) is a parasitic fungus of the root knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.). The fungus not only as a natural enemy but also an organic matter decomposer. The agricultural waste was used to grow the fungi so that this material can be used as carrier of bionematicides with fungal active ingredients. This research aims to study the growth of P. lilacinum (Syn. P. lilacinus) fungus on solid agricultural waste of cassava peel, banana corm, rice, and its mixture. This experiment was conducted with Randomized Block Design (RBD) using fungus isolates of B41100 code collection with five replica�tions. The data were analyzed of variance and the means separation was analyzed with the LSD test at 5% significance level. The results showed that P. lilacinum (Syn. P. lilacinus) was able to grow on solid agricultural waste media with modification of the acidity and nutrients content. The best growth and the highest production of spores was found on rice media.
