Abstract

Prof. Dr. Soemantri Brojonegoro No. 1 Gedung Meneng, Bandar Lampung e-mail: *1 nindyatriapuspita@gmail.com ABSTRAK Modal sosial merupakan suatu kerjasama antar masyarakat atau kelompok dalam mencapai tujuan. Dengan kata lain, modal yang berperan penting dalam proses pembangunan hutan di Provinsi Lampung yaitu modal sosial agar tercapai pengelolaan hutan lestari dan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian tentang modal sosial pada berbagai fungsi hutan diperlukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2021 dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari beberapa studi literatur yang relevan. Penelitian dilakukan hanya di hutan lindung karena fungsi hutan ini terluas di Provinsi Lampung. Unsur modal sosial yang menjadi variabel penelitian yaitu kepercayaan, jaringan sosial, norma, kepedulian dan tindakan proaktif. Berdasarkan data penelitian di hutan lindung yang dimanfaatkan untuk ekowisata diketahui bahwa variable kepercayaan dan jaringan sosial berbeda nyata. Adapun variabel modal sosial yang berbeda nyata pada masyarakat pengelola Hutan Kemasyarakatan (HKm) di hutan lindung adalah kepedulian dan jaringan sosial. Selain itu modal sosial pengelola ekowisata bersifat bridging (menjembatani) sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan modal sosial pada kepengurusan ekowisata di kawasan hutan lindung. Kata Kunci : Hutan, Modal Sosial, Petani ABSTRACT Social capital is a partnership between the local people to achieve goals. In other words, capital plays an important role in the development process of forests in Lampung province, namely social capital in order to achieve sustainable forest management and sustainable development. Based on that research on social capital in various forest functions required. This research was conducted in June 2021 using secondary data from several relevant literature studies. The study was conducted only in protected forests for forest function is widest in Lampung Province. The elements of social capital that become research variables are trust, social networks, norms, care and proactive actions. Based on research data utilized in protected forests for ecotourism is known that variable trust and significantly different social networks. The social capital variables that are significantly different in the community managing Community Forests (HKm) in protected forests are concern and social networks. In addition, the social capital of ecotourism managers is bridging so that it can help increase social capital in the management of ecotourism in protected forest areas.
