Abstract

The research about galvanic seawater cell had been developed. However, there is a problem regarding the output measurement on it. In this paper, we propose an instrumentation system data logging galvanic cell parameters using Arduino and Borland Delphi 7. It aims to detect galvanic cell parameters such as voltage, current, and illuminance in real-time using INA219 and BH1750 module. The system is applied in the galvanic seawater cell using Cu(Ag)-Zn as the electrode. The results show that the system can detect parameters, save parameters onto Micro SD Card, display parameters onto LCD (Liquid Crystal Diode), and user interface Borland Delphi 7. It was able to sense voltage, current, and illuminance with accuration 99,73%, 95,85% and 98,31%, respectively. Keywords: Arduino; INA219; BH1750; Borland Delphi 7.
