Abstract
The implementation of the Lampung Modern Library building construction project is inseparable from a number of risks, both external risks. The research objective is to identify cost risks by providing a sequence of risks and their handling. Risk events can be assessed in the form of a fishbone diagram and analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP method will give a priority order of risks that are significant to project costs. This research was conducted based on a questionnaire to see the frequency of risks and the impact of risks. The results showed the dominant risk rating based on the value of the risk factor (FR). The risk with the highest risk factor is addendum with FR = 0.5574 which is categorized as moderate risk. Meanwhile, the risk with other moderate level categories is the risk of design change with FR = 0.4695, and. The lowest level is damage to project facilities by third parties with FR = 0.1459. The addendum risk handler is by speeding up the administrative process for adding an addendum so that work does not occur. Meanwhile, the risk of design change is by re-coordination between contractors and consultants to make changes.
