After enacting Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, there is a new type of evidence in the form of electronic information and electronic documents and printed results submitted in the process of evidence in the state administrative court. It has caused new problems regarding the position of electronic information and electronic documents and/or printed results as valid evidence and procedures that must be followed so that electronic information and / or electronic documents and / or printed results can be accepted as valid evidence state administrative court proceedings.
