Demand for animal food consumption, particularly fish, is quite high. This fact shows that fish is still the main source of animal protein in Indonesian society. Fish is a source of unsaturated fatty acids, taurine, and omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the human body, thus many people increase the consumption of protein derived from fish compared to livestock source meat. Given the important role of fish for human resource quality, it is necessary to have sufficient stock of fish to be consumed.
