The aim of this study is to empirically test the effect of information quality and system quality on the successful implementation of banking information systems to increase company satisfaction and profit in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.This study uses online survey methods. By using SmartPLS software, the results of hypothesis testing show that information quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, system quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a positive effect on net benefit.
