Abstract

This study aims to assess the implementation of minimum service standards in relation to the performance of the public sector. The study was conducted at the State Elementary School (SDN) and State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) District of Tanjung Seneng Bandar Lampung using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed eight indicators of minimum service standards have been implemented and well categorized.
