Abstract

TheobjectivetobeachievedthroughthisresearchistodeterminethefactorsthataffectthequalityofserviceforstudentsoftheFacultyofMedicine(FK),UniversityofLampung(Unila),bothpartiallyandsimultaneously.Thistypeofresearchiscorrelationalresearch.Thepopulationofthisstudywas771studentsinFKUnila,andthenumberofsamplewassetat91students.Thedatawerecollectedusinginstrumentsthathavebeendevelopedbyresearchers.ValidandreliabledatawereanalyzedusingthelatestversionoftheSPSSsoftwareprogram.Theoutputofthisstudyconcludesthattherearesignificanteffectsbetweenphysiologicalfactors,attention,interest,experience,andmoodonthequalityofservicesavailableatFKUnila,bothpartiallyandsimultaneously.
