The results showed that in the experimental class, the average value of n-Gain students' creative thinking skills was 0.78 (high criteria)and the control class, the average value of n-Gain students' creative thinking skills was 0.52(medium criteria). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that students' creative thinking skills on Stoichiometry material, increased through the Problem Based Learning models
