This research aim to determine the use of PBL models in increasing collaboration skills and high order thingking of student. The design used was nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The population of research were all students of Senior High School an X grade Bandar Lampung. The research samples were students of X MIA 5 as eksperimental group and X MIA 6 as control group that were selected through purposive sampling technique. Data of collaboration skills were obtained from the observation assessment analyzed by the descriptive qualitatively while high order thinking skills obtained from the pretest-postest analyzed by the Independent Sample t-Test. Student collaboration and high order thinking skills in the experimental class was higher than the control class and significantly different. Therefore, it can be concluded that PBL models has high effect size in increasing collaboration skills and high order thinking of students.
