Abstract

To compete and develop business better, businesses must continue to innovate in the implementation of business processes. One innovation that can be done by business actors is implementing technopreneurship in the business they do. Application of technology and utilization of data that occurs in the business conducted will have many advantages for business people. This paper will discuss the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the retail micro business of CV. Duta Square, located in Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Republic of Indonesia. The company is focused on handling retail sales of Muslim clothing and daily necessities. The ADDIE model will be used in the development stage and will implement CRM that focuses on point-of-sales, data collection, and member transaction storage. Implementation of the company's needs will be discussed with business owners to determine the effectiveness of the system that has been created
