Abstract

Theresearchwaspurposedofthistudywasdeterminethegrowthrateresponse oforchidplantletsDendrobium sp.cultivar‘Zahra27’withinvitrowastheldof bananaextract(MusaparadisiacaL.)withvariousconcentrationsonvacinand went.Theresearchwasheldform NovemberuntilDecember2018inthe botanicallaboratory(invitroresearchroom),BiologyMajor,Mathematicand ScienceFakulty,UniversityofLampung.Theresearchwasheldusing1factorial ofbananaextractwith5levelsofconcentration0%(control),5%,10%,15%,and 20%bananaextract.Eachtreatmentwascariiedoutwith5replicationsconsisted oforchidplanlets,theresearch25unit.Theparameterthatbeingobservedinthis researchheight,totalofamount,totaloftheleaf,totaloftherootinorchid plantlesDendrobium sp.cultivar‘Zahra27’.Thehomogeniesvariantisdecided byLevenetestatreallevelof5%.Theresultofthebananaextractwitha concentrationof15%wasabletoincreasethetotalshootsandtotalrootsof orchidplantlets.
