This research aims to determine the effect of the concentration tomato extract (Solanum lycopersicum L.) on the Hyponex medium on the growth of Chrysanthemum explants (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat) Socakawani cultivar in vitro. This research using completely randomized design consisting of the main factors namely tomato extract with five levels of concentration, 0 % v/v, 2 % v/v, 4 % v/v, 6 % v/v and 8 % v/v as a treatment with five repetitions of each treatment. So that it produces 25 experimental units. The parameters in this reseach is height (cm), number of leaves (blade), and number of roots Chrysanthemum planlets cultivar Socakawani after 4 weeks of observation. Data analysis using variance analysis, if the real difference is obtained, it is continued with the BNJ test at the level of 5%. The results of the reseach shows the giving of tomato extract (S. lycopersicum) on Hyponex medium has no significant effect on high growth, number of leaves, and number of roots Chryshanthemum planlets (C. morifolium) cultivar Socakawani.
