Abstract
This study aims to test whether performance-based reward systems will affect employee motivation and job performance. The research sampling method was convenience method. It used en e-mail survei and obtained 190 questionnaires. A number of 80 questionnaires were incomplete then only 110 questionnaires could be analysed. It used partial least square (PLS) to analyze the data. The research testing indicated that the performance based reward system has affected employee motivation; and then the employee motivation has the effect on job performance
